The floor is supported by pressure-treated foundation joists, which improve air flow and protect against rot-causing ground moisture in this key area. The roof features a modern pent design with overhang, but does not include a covering as standard. We recommend buying SBS as an optional extra.(SBS is a thick, torch-on weatherproof felt with a very long lifespan.
